How access works

Connect an account From the Integrations page in Agent Flow.
Grant it to agents Only the agents whose role needs it.

Connect a bot token and choose the agent that replies to its messages.
- Direct messages and tagged group messages reach the routed agent.

Custom MCP server

Connect a remote MCP server over Streamable HTTP when the tool you need is not in the catalog.
- Local and private-network endpoints are blocked.

About WhatsApp Business tools

A WhatsApp Business toolkit may appear in the Composio catalog. It gives granted agents tools; it does not receive messages or route conversations. Use the paired WhatsApp channel for that.
