Privacy
Privacy policy.
Last updated 29 September 2026.
This policy explains what information Agent Flow collects when you use the Agent Flow application and its integrations, including the Agent Flow app for Slack, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address and workspace membership when you sign in to Agent Flow.
- Workspace content. Projects, issues, comments, agent conversations and files that you and your agents create.
- Connected integrations. Credentials and settings for the services your workspace connects. Credentials are encrypted at rest and are never shown back in the browser.
- Usage information. Product analytics and diagnostic logs that help us operate and improve Agent Flow.
Data from Slack
When a workspace installs the Agent Flow app for Slack, Agent Flow receives:
- Messages sent to the app in direct messages, and messages in channels and group DMs the app has been added to.
- The Slack workspace, channel and message identifiers needed to reply in the right conversation and thread.
- Basic profile details of people who message the app: member ID, name, display name, email address and time zone.
- The names of files shared in those conversations. File contents are not downloaded.
- The app's bot access token, stored encrypted.
We use this data only to route messages to the agents your workspace chose, to generate and post their replies, to apply the sender and channel rules your administrators set, and to keep conversation context. We do not sell Slack data or use it for advertising.
How we use information
- To provide Agent Flow, run the agents you configure and deliver their replies.
- To secure accounts, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems.
- To understand product usage and improve Agent Flow.
- To communicate with you about your workspace and our services.
AI processing
When an agent works on a message, the relevant content is sent to the AI model provider your workspace connected to run that agent, so the agent can respond. Providers process it under their own terms.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that host and operate Agent Flow (such as cloud hosting, databases, file storage, analytics and AI model providers) only as needed to provide the service, and when required by law. Each workspace's data is kept separate from other workspaces.
Retention and deletion
We keep workspace data while the workspace is active. Removing the Slack account in Agent Flow stops all processing of new Slack messages and deletes its stored credentials. Workspace owners can ask us to delete their workspace data.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Integration credentials are encrypted at rest, and each workspace's data is isolated from other workspaces.
Your choices
Workspace administrators control which integrations are connected and can remove them at any time. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information.
