Help with Agent Flow for Slack.

- The app does not reply to my direct message.
- In Agent Flow, open Integrations → Slack and check that the account shows Connected and has an enabled default agent. If Allowed senders lists specific people, make sure you are on the list.
- The app does not reply in a channel.
- Invite the app with /invite @Agent Flow, then refresh channels in the Slack drawer. With Reply on Tag, mention @Agent Flow or reply in the agent’s thread; untagged messages are ignored on purpose.
- A channel is missing from the channel list.
- Only channels and group DMs the app is a member of are listed. Invite the app to the channel and choose Refresh.
- The drawer says Slack rejected the app’s tokens.
- The app was removed from your Slack workspace or its access was revoked. Install it again from Agent Flow → Integrations → Slack.
- How do I start over or stop an agent?
- Send !new to start a fresh conversation thread, or !stop to interrupt the agent’s current reply.
Remove the app
Remove the Slack account in Agent Flow → Integrations → Slack, which stops all replies and deletes its stored credentials. You can also remove the app in Slack under Settings & administration → Manage apps. Data retention after removal is described in the privacy policy.
